A native New Yorker, Alex spent the first part of her career in the Consumer Insights department at NBC Universal primarily executing digital research. A move to Dallas led to agency experience at The Richards Group as a digital strategist, brand planner, and researcher for clients such as Fruit of the Loom, American Airlines, and The Home Depot.
With a clinical psychology degree from Tufts University, Alex has a long track record of asking "why" to understand behavior. AKF Insight gets answers through quantitative (surveys) and qualitative (focus groups) research. Alex has a passion for translating business questions into consumer-friendly surveys, and turning research results into actionable insights.
